Primark Chic Beanie
I am so excited that it's beanie weather again. Means I get to make less effort with my hair. Who needs a hair brush when you have a hat? I am loving burgundy at the moment and at £3 I needed this hat. It also goes perfectly with Colourpop LBB
Glade Apple & Cinnamon Candle
Who doesn't love candles? Well except for my dad who may have a heart attack at the amount I own soon. I'm pretty sure he's gonna stick fire safety posters up in my house one day. This beauty is the bargain price of £2 and it smells like christmas. The scent payoff is amazing and my house smells delicious. It doesn't even have to be lit. I also adore the Honey and chocolate one. Such good affordable candles.
Malin + Goetz Vitamin E Face Moisturiser
I received this moisturiser in my September You Beauty Box and it has slowly become part of my daily routine. It's such a light moisturiser that it is perfect for applying in the morning before my makeup. This paired with my KVD primer is helping my makeup apply so much better on my dry skin.
Kat Von D Lock It Hydrating Face Primer
I have really dry skin so a hydrating primer is an essential in my makeup routine. The lovely Bex kindly sent me a sample of this primer so I could try it before splashing some cash. I loved it and decided to treat myself. The packaging is gorgeous and it is so hydrating. It evens out any dry patches and keeps my face in place.
Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24h Foundation
The first foundation I ever had that was the right colour for me was a Lancome one and I loved it. Unfortunately I was too poor to repurchase it when I ran out so I went back to drugstore choices. I finally managed to try another Lancome offering and I adore it. It's full coverage, long lasting, a good colour match and is so comfortable to wear. It also smells pretty good.
Too Faced Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick in Lady Balls (Full Review Here)
I wanted to try these as soon as I saw them but then I saw quite a few negative reviews. I finally decided to just take the plunge and try it for myself and I have to say I like them. Definitely bought it mainly for the name. Lady Balls is such an epic name for a lipstick. The formula is pretty good but can be a bit drying, the colour is amazzzing and it applies nicely. It does wear away a tad uneven but it's easy to reapply.
Rimmel 60 Secs Super Shine Nail Polish in Rita Rouge
If you read my favourite autumnal nail colours post you'll know that I love Barry M Red Black but hate that it needs 3-4 coats to be opaque enough. I popped into Asda the other day and found it's Rimmel relative. This colour is exactly what I've been looking for. It's gorgeous and perfect for my dark soul. It's opaque in 1-2 coats, dries pretty quickly to minimise my ability to wreck them instantly and the brush is so easy to use.
Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara (Full Review Here)
I picked up the Smashbox Light it up Studio Best sellers box when it was Boots star gift a few weeks ago. I love everything in it but my main favourite at the moment is the mascara. This beauty gives me such long full lashes in one swipe. I haven't touched another mascara since. It's true love.
Colourpop Lippie Stix in LBB
I forgot all about the colourpop lippie stix I own until I found LBB when I was looking for something else the other day. I put it on and was instantly reminded why I love it. It smells delicious. It's super creamy and the colour pay off is amazing. It also lasts pretty damn well. My selfie on instagram got some love too.
L-R Too Faced Lady Balls, Colourpop LBB
There were a lot of makeup picks this month to make up for the lack of them last month. I'm so excited for berry lips, chunky scarfs and cute beanies. This is definitely my season. Although I'm a major bitch when I get cold.
