Recently I was kindly sent a few accessories from tobi to style up some outfits. Safe to say I am feeling the autumnal vibes with this one. I mean I was definitely sweating as it happened to be super warm the day I decided to take these pictures but I'm definitely looking forward to wearing this outfit more in the colder months with a chunky scarf.
The first item I picked was these absolutely gorgeous Lone Star Buckled Ankle Booties*. Seriously how damn cute are they? I have been looking for a pair of black ankle boots since last year and have never found the perfect pair. I think these are the ones. I have fallen head over chunky heels for these. I would definitely recommend sizing up though. I'm usually a size 5 - 5.5 and I got a 5.5 (7.5 US) and they are a bit tight. It was a bit of a workout to get them on but they are stretching out a bit now. I can definitely see me getting so much wear out of these. They are the perfect autumn boots and I just love the gold buckle detail.
The marks on the boots are from the fact that I walk weirdly due to my EDS. Forever tripping myself over and scuffing my shoes.
I decided to go nice and cosy with this outfit and pair the boots with some tights and this cold-shoulder top I got from Matalan last year. Now don't get me wrong the cold-shoulder trend still makes me irrationally angry and I just want a jumper without holes in it so I can actually be warm. That being said I really like this top and I did a post on the navy one last year. I am also wearing a plain black bodycon skirt so as not to be indecent due to the length and side splits of this top.
I finished off the outfit with these Watch It Mirrored Sunglasses*. I love a good pair of sunnies and my eyes are so sensitive to sunlight that I'm forever squinting without them. These are pretty cool, however, I don't think they suit my face shape which is sad. However, I am obsessed with these Daniella Statement Earrings*. I love hoop earrings and these square ones are dainty enough to not be too in your face but different enough to be a statement. They are a tad fiddly to put in with crappy hands but so worth it. Then it's obviously not a complete outfit without a bold lipstick and a spritz of perfume. I opted for Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in shade Vintage and Armani Code which smells amazing.
Also, let's give a shout out to my mum who drove all the way to my house just to shoot these outfit pictures. Thank you, you're the best.
