I keep thinking about cancelling this box and then there's normally at least one thing I really want to try. This month it was the Cetaphil cleanser and the 10balm smoothing cream and the fact that they were both full size made me keep my subscription.
Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser 236ml £8.99
I've heard quite a few good things about this cleanser so I thought I'd give it a whirl. It is specially formulated to provide effective, gentle skincare and is a clinically proven therapeutic skincare range for dry, sensitive or compromised skin. I haven't really found a cleanser that works for my dry skin by not drying it out more or causing a breakout so I really hope this works. Fingers crossed
Indeed Labs 10balm Smoothing Cream 30ml £19.99
This on it's own makes the box a bargain as it should be twenty quid. It claims to deliver intense moisture and hydration to stressed skin to leave you with a soft, calm and deeply nourished complexion. My skin is beyond stressed and in desperate need of hydration so I cannot wait to slather this on. I also like that it is ideal for irritated and sensitive skin types as my skin seems to have developed a sensitive side.
Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum 10ml (30ml £45)
I picked this one as I have been left with a few dark spots from acne scars. My skin scars ridiculously easily and I am also terrible for squeezing/picking spots and making them worse. I'm intrigued to see if this helps. I want the radiant skin it promises.
Resultime Hydrating Cream 15ml (50ml £38.50)
So you may not have heard but I have the skin of a crocodile (haha I joke I go on about it so much, I may shut up about it one day). A lightweight moisturiser for dehydrated skin definitely attracted my attention. "Designed to strengthen and hydrate the skin, Hydrating Gel Cream is enriched with 3 molecular weights of Hyaluronic Acid which help to increase hydration by up to 57%." If this doesn't work I might cry. I'm so done with having scales.
Gazelli Skincare Skin Balancing Cleanser, Reviving Eye Cream & Intensive Age-repair Cream Sachets
Gonna be honest and say I'm a lil bit upset that the things that everyone gets this month didn't include food. I love a good food sample and the Pip & nut in last months box was delicious. I always forget to use sample sachets so I'm not really that bothered by these.
bellapierre Cosmetics Lipstick in shade Catwalk £14.99
Then last but not least, if you had the gold membership which I forgot I had (i might downgrade next month) you got an extra full size lipstick. I got the shade Catwalk which is a nude pink. These lipsticks are supposed to be super hydrating. I'm just not sure this shade is really for me. We'll see.
